I stopped in your hotel to inquire about a four night stay, rate s and availability. When I approached the front desk, I had to wait for the female desk person to complete texting on her cell phone. Knowing that I was there waiting, she continued to text and finally attended to me, all the while making me feel like I was bothering her. When I inquired about rates and availability, indicating I was looking for a four night stay, she gave me a daily rate and said that's the rate be it one day or four days. I inquired about any discounts they may offer such as AAA, AARP, or any rewards type program, she simply said no. If I wasn't exhausted from my trip, I would have walked out and patronized elsewhere as this was not the type of service I received a couple years ago during my last stay. Back then, not only did you offer AAA discounts, which maybe you don't offer that anymore or maybe I was just bothering her and she didn't want to offer it to me, but you staff people were phenomenal. In either case, not wanting to search elsewhere at the time, I initially booked for two nights instead of four with the intention of finding another hotel the next day. The next day, I encountered other staff personnel, including one from my previous visit two years ago. They were courteous, attentive and pleasant. Because of them, and probably more importantly, because I didn't see the initial employee whom I bothered by patronizing your hotel, I decided to extend my stay for the remaining two days. When they checked out this morning - he was checking to make sure all charges were paid for - again the desk clerk was extremely rude.
