Staff at check-in was friendly, organized, and fast!..........................
Dirty carpet, hair all over the bathroom floor and baseboards. Unfortunately this was not noticed until in the room later that night..............................................
Never check out in the middle of the night! Charged wrong credit card with incorrect amount and extremely slow! He needs more training! When asked for corrections to be made, he replied that he was unable to do so and would have his manager take care of it. Still have not seen any correct charges or changes come through. Did not mention issues with room due to the incompetence of closing my bill.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was a good experience then. This time, not as good. The heat in the room was broken. The room reached 84 and we called the staff to report it. First call we were told they would be right up, 45 minutes later, no one. Called again, they came up and shut the heat off. It remained very warm in the room. We had to sleep with the window open. The handset on the phone did not work and the internet was down at least till we went to bed in the evening. In the morning , I realize that breakfast is not until 6:30, but I asked if they had something I could have before then as I was on an early flight. The gentleman was not very happy about getting something but did oblige with some yogurt. The HI I often stay at in Albuquerque NM has cold food items out at 4 AM ( bagels, toast, cereal... etc)
Overall I was very disappointed with this Holiday Inn stay.
