The staff at this hotel went out of their way to make me and my kids comfortable which was nice considering I was traveling with two small children alone. They made sure I had a fridge for bottles and a crib for my baby. They offered a good breakfast and called a shuttle for the airport for us in the morning and the ladies at the desk helped me carry my luggage out to the shuttle when they saw me struggling. I will definitely stay here from now on whenever I fly out of the midway airport.

The room was fine, neat, and comfortable. We had some door lock issues that kept us locked out a few times but the staff was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. The room could use a bathroom fan, but not much they could do about that. Breakfast was good and convenient. The shuttle to the airport is a really nice feature as well.

I have stayed over 1000 nights in hotels over the last 25 years and I have never stayed in a hotel that had the exercise room right next to a guest room. I was lucky enough to be put in the room next to the exercise room, that states it is open 24 hours. Normally, the exercise room is located next to the pool or offices on the first floor. At this hotel, it is on the 4th floor. I only hope they do not have a guest room on the 3rd floor. The big issue is when someone runs on the treadmill. I was able to experience the sound and vibration until about 12:30 am and then again at 5:30 am. Unfortunately, when I called about 11:00 pm to get another room, the hotel was sold out.
I will compliment the staff as they listened and apologized about the issue.

Great staff, clean hotel, and quiet stay. My only comment, if IHG/HI Express Corporate would listen, retire the omelets and just have scrabbled eggs at breakfast. The cheese product in the center of these omelets ruins the flavor. Sam's Club once sold these same omelets several years ago. They are no longer at the clubs. If there was someone at HI Express to forward this too, I surely would.

I am a female in my mid-40's and was travelling alone. As I checked in the front desk person asked if I had a room preference, to which I responded anything but the first floor. I returned to the hotel around 12 midnight. The parking lot was well-lit. There was ample parking and secured key doors on multiple sides of the hotel so I did not have to walk around the outside of the building to find a door. I don't recall any large bushes close to the building for people to potentially hide behind, but there was ample greenery.

In town from NJ for a couple games at Wrigley and general sightseeing. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Easily accessible to Midway airport (about 20 minutes away w/o traffic) and major city attractions (we drove in to Navy Pier daily and even with traffic it was no more than 30 minutes).

My husband and I were there for three nights and four days, we were on our pre honeymoon. The service was great I loved the fact that they had a shuttle to get you to the trains and airport. we will definetly be staying here again in the future, maybe we will bring the kids next time :)

Travelled for business purposes for three days and this was the area most central to my location. Gym and room were fair. I woke up too early to take advantage of breakfast. Parking is reasonable. Staff is fair. Experienced some issues that led to my delay in checkout, but I assume it's not common.

Here on business- coworkers who have stayed here in the past love the free breakfast and fitness room. However, the bed is hard & the walls are thin. I listened to my neighbor snore all night. The air conditioner is loud and the constant on & off was annoying. If I wasn't already awake to the sounds of the adjacent room The air conditioner would have kept me up. (The motel is booked, no other rooms were available.) There were no towels in the fitness room and it could use a fan. I wish I could have been more positive.... there is the free breakfast....

Service was outstanding! Staff was so helpful and gave us great information. It was easy to get to the train to downtown on free shuttle. Everything about the room was superior. I prefer the fitted sheets on beds which they had. Shower head was nicer than the one I have at home. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. I can not think of anything negative to say about this place. We were concerned about parking because because we were pulling a trailer. There was plenty of parking and the trailer was not an issue. Thank you to Mike and all the staff!

3rd time staying here and this time had a horrible experience with the shuttle. The driver left us and we had to wait another 20 minutes and almost missed our flight.
only reason to stay here is the shuttle and if they can't operate properly there's no reason to stay here.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only issue we had was the spare tire from our van was stolen overnight. We were parked in the hotel parking lot. Not sure if this type of thing happens often, but if so, extra security is needed. Also I received no recognition for my IHG Rewards Club Platinum membership.

Very convenient hotel, only a $24 cab ride to Union Station where we had arrived from Portland, Or. Very pleasant desk clerks, cleaning staff, and breakfast personnel. Hotel shuttle got us to Midway the next afternoon quickly. Would certainly stay here again.
