No one in front desk said hello to us and we kept standing there for about 5 minutes. They like to answer phone calls when servicing us.
The room is horrible that traffic noise is aloud and clear.....
The bed is small for two adults.
Never go back and recommand this hotel again.........

Although there's a notice in the elevator on Nov 2 that electric supply and hot water will be suspended during midnight, the hot water supply was still inconsistent (or I should say almost no hot water in bathroom at all) in the morning on Nov 3. Weather that day is between 15C - 18C and it's apparently a hard time for those guest who pay for your service.
Last but not least, it's also hard to understand why your front office staff would ask the guest to pay for RMB400-500 per night for incidental charges while H.I. Express is famous for not providing any unnecessary things such as mini bar, or even a fridge?
