Although there's a notice in the elevator on Nov 2 that electric supply and hot water will be suspended during midnight, the hot water supply was still inconsistent (or I should say almost no hot water in bathroom at all) in the morning on Nov 3. Weather that day is between 15C - 18C and it's apparently a hard time for those guest who pay for your service.
Last but not least, it's also hard to understand why your front office staff would ask the guest to pay for RMB400-500 per night for incidental charges while H.I. Express is famous for not providing any unnecessary things such as mini bar, or even a fridge?

The room is comfortable,
and the location is also good, you can pick up taxi easily there,
but no taxi call service is a little not enough,
and the breakfast is too less choice, and the food is so so

My overall impression of the staff member : very rude, no training, not friendly, unwilling to offer any help which is reasonably expected by guests.
I understand this is an Express hotel... which means 'don't expect much'. However, it is not reasonable to ask guests to expect the following: merely one example of the many... in one occasion, when I called front desk and tried to asked something... in English... the response I got over the phone (given by a staff member) was "no English!" then hang up !!
This is not anything you will ever expected in an IHG hotel !!!

checked with housekeeping staff whether the air-con in room was of order and was told that the hotel didn't turn on the air-con for a couple of days in autumn.....

I came here on a official trip and i stayed here for almost 6 months with my colleagues also stay.
We complained many many times about the breakfast but no proper action is taken for it.
instead of changing or increasing the varieties they always try to reduce or keep same which we complain as if there is no value for the customer complaints
If it is improved then you can be good, if not you are gonna loose your customers.

My second time staying this place, good location, about 20 Km from airport and close enough to downtown center yet without the downtown hassles. Hotel is right next to a small commercial complex where one can find the convenience of a supermarket, cafe and restaurants. The only shortcoming I would say is a rather difficulty in getting a taxi.

很满意的一次入住。地理位置，酒店整体环境，还有房间设施都很满意。尤其是床品，枕头分硬软两种供选择，感觉枕头的回弹特别的好，这点是很多酒店不能及的。 卫生很好，前台的服务有待提高，男员工比女员工服务明显的耐心，细心。希望提高 。
