I was extremely disappointed in my recent stay at this property. I had numerous problems, brought them to the attention of the front desk clerk, and was told that he would "credit my IHG account with 5000 points" for my trouble. That's fine, in fact, that's a very nice thing to do. I DID, however, expect to be contacted by someone in management to address the concerns and issues I had. To date, that has not happened.

Hotel was very nice. Clean lobby, attractive and great breakfast. It was worth the money and in a central location to highways.

The staff at the hotel greeted my family and I as soon as we walked into the door. One staff member made sure my daughter had some popcorn when it was clearly after hours for the free popcorn. My daughter enjoyed it.

Cleaning staff on the money and very accommodating.
I like to lift weights, be nice if the gym had like a BowFlex to exercise many body parts - had to make due with the dumbbells

The outside appearance is attractive. It's location was beneficial for our stay. The staff were friendly. The floor coverings are stained and worn. The chair in our room was in the same state, stained and worn. One of the electrical outlets was not functional and the bed was almost unbearably uncomfortable. The reason for that was that on the morning of our checking out we discovered that the bed frame was broken!

Ashley and Taylor Connor were great. Ashley is a natural hospitality professional and Taylor was a fantastic source of information.
