She was very professional as she was prior and the rest of staff made us feel welcomed. The facility was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff I did a last minute check in to this hotel and even though i didn't have my IHG rewards card with me after verifying my information they were able to award me my points for this room. the staff was friendly, the room clean and comfortable, the air conditioner was adequate ( I like my room freezing so this isn't about the quality it is a matter of personal choice) I really like the IHG rewards and they have great hotels the Holiday Inns are hit or miss unless they are express and suites those are corporate and your guaranteed a good stay there. 14 August 2014
