Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NO HOT WATER!! The hotel guests awake at 6 am to find that there is no hot water throughout the hotel. The young man at the front desk was very nice and said he did not know what was going on and had been trying to contact the hotel maintenance guy, but he was not answering his phone. The manager's response? Keep blowing up the maintenance guy's phone. According to the front desk, management would be in around 8:30-9:00. WHAT? The hotel has no hot water for the guests and this is the response? How about management gets on site and helps the poor front desk guy deal with upset and angry guests that they paid for accommodations where they couldn't take a hot--or even warm--shower in the morning? How about you call someone else to come and fix the hot water problem? And there is only ONE person that services the entire hotel? No back-up service? What a poorly managed situation - reflects VERY badly on the management. 22 December 2014
