Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff Staff were all very courteous and quick to answer questions. The room was as one would expect - clean, modern, and meant for sleeping. Bed and pillow were fine - nothing luxury, but certainly provided a good night sleep. Location was convenient to freeway but seemed like an semi-industrial area. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Trains, Trains and more Trains This property is located near the train yard. You hear train horns all hours of the day and night. If you do stay here, get a room on the front of the building, the train noise is almost tolerable. Breakfast starts at 6:00am.... don't count on it. She is usually just starting to bring stuff out at 6 and does not get it all out until after 6:15. If you are expecting hot, you will be disappointed if you come early. The gravy usually has just had hot water added to it to warm (not hot) it up. The water is floating on it and has not even been stirred. The cinnamon rolls are not even unwrapped and again, not even close to being hot. Same story for the sausage, bacon and eggs. The lights will warm them up, but they are not put out hot. Needs an update to the property rooms are well worn, fixtures in need of repair. Plugs in 5 different rooms did not work in the tub. 02 March 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NOT a good experience! We are Priority Platinum members with IHG, so needless to say we've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express Hotels over the years. This hotel needs a lot of attention. Walls are dirty, carpet in room buckled all over the floor, bathroom wasn't dirty but very close to it,... we've never had an experience with HIE like this before!! We will never stay at this location again and would NEVER recommend it! 27 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just Okay When making the reservation on-line, the system did not allow me to pick what days I wanted to reserve & would not accept my credit card. Therefore, a reservation was made for me using the wrong date & using the credit card it would not take. I had to call to make reservation for the right date & try to get the money they charged me for not taking the date the system picked for me. We arrived at our room for the right date & the room was not the same type of room we had stayed in 3 weeks prior for the same amount. Smaller TV, no refrigerator, no microwave, smaller bathroom & smaller room. I was disappointed. 17 February 2015
