Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable I was very pleased with the room. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids and I fell straight asleep and the hotel was quiet. Only thing I would change would be to let the guest turn the heat up to the temperature they want because when we first got in the room it was cold. 29 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by charged my credit card Everything was nice with this hotel until I got home and checked my credit card statement. The room was prepaid by my employer and they said they just need my card for "incidentals". Well they charged my personal card twice. For $11.50 and $113.80. I called and they said it was to authorize the card and I'd get it back. That was a week ago. Nothing yet. Maybe lost a lot of business from our company. We'll see. 25 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 5 star hotel This is a very nice hotel and was surprised by the quality of the hotel and the fact that they had an indoor pool being that I am a local. Everything was perfect, however when I went down for breakfast it was aproximatley 9:18 am. I knew that breakfast was over at 9:30am that morning because I called down to the front desk to ask. I rushed down stairs to get my kids some breakfast. The breakfast lady greeted me but after the greeting she notified me that breakfast would be over at 9:30. At that time it was probably 9:25 and I was already done selecting my items. She made me feel like she didn't want me there and was ready to go! Other than that everything was excellent. Very Friendly front desk staff. Breah I don't know if I spelled her name right but she was awesome at check in. 21 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful lobby but needs some improvement -Beautiful lobby -Comfortable bedding -Grateful for fridge, microwave and coffee -Wonderful Bath and Body Works soap products -Love the showerhead -Furniture in the room needs to be replaced as it was not only dirty, but also torn in several places -Disappointed that we could not enjoy the pool or hot tub because the heater was broken and would not be fixed for a week -Front desk staff was friendly and polite -Easy to find location 07 January 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Highly upset with my stay After much searching and calls I finally came across this hotel with offered indoor pool and jacuzzi free breakfast and kids eat free advertisement. I wanted a suite because I was bringing in the new year with my children, husband and I. So expected a nice sized room and a kitchen. Upon arrival to the room the room was tiny! I was annoyed but I figured hey, it's New Year's Eve everywhere else I've called were either booked or didn't offer the indoor pools and free breakfast. So I figured I would get my kids ready for the pool. I noticed walking passed the pool area there wasn't anyone in there I decided to call front desk to see if it was opened and that's when they informed me that the pool was closed until the following week! Now when I called the hotel before coming no one informed me of this! So now I'm heated! Front desk said their manager didn't come in until 10:30 and there was nothing he could do until then for my inconvenience.So now I'm hungry and so are my kids so I'm ready to order room service I look around the room for a menu and there isn't one. So once again I call front desk and they say no ma'am we don't offer dinner but my question is if you don't offer dinner why do you advertised kids eating free? Breakfast is free so that means we all eat free so explain to me why "kids eat free" is something you put on your website? Of course they didn't have an answer for me. So at 11:00 I still had not received any call from the manager so I called back up to the front desk and she told me that the GM had to handle that who would be there the following day! So the next morning ( not to mention we slept with a sheet because their was no comforter on our king sized bed) I saw a receipt was slid under our door with nothing pertaining to any accommodations, so I called front desk once again and of course she wasn't the GM or manager and before I could tell her about my stay she told me she couldn't do anything for me and that all I needed to do was check out and if any accommodations would be made I would see it on my bank statement. So Friday came and I noticed my money was returned on my checkin gas account (mind you no one has yet to reach out to me) so I assumed I was accommodated right?,wrong! Monday comes around and my bank reaches out to me that my account has been over drafted $70!!!!! So needless to say I'm beyond mad!!!!! So they took the money, put it back, then took it again! Who does that? I called today and of course (passing the buck once again!) no one can help me but they could send me to the GM's voice mail because conveniently he's not in today! After all of that I promise you this hotel will NEVER GET A SINGLE RED CENT FROM ME EVER AGAIN! And if I could help it no one i knw will be going there as well! And for whom ever is reading this message from your establishment I'm still waiting for someone to call me and tell me something! I haven't even gotten a single sorry! 06 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ok Visit. Encountered Problems This Visit. Overall stay was nice and comfortable. Wonderful front desk staff. Room was not maintained up to par daily, however. Bedside phone not working first night. Trash in LR wasn't emptied on second day. Left my mothers ring in room by mistake. So far, no mention of I being found or returned. Young lady in kitchen seemed to have had an attitude. Said kitchen was closing Monday morning and we had just gotten there. It was not closing time as of yet. Said not many people had come down to eat that morning, which was not our problem. Also, stated that she had to finish her Xmas shopping. Again, guests don't need to hear about your personal business when you're working in a facility. You need to be attentive to 'their' needs. She was talking quite loudly to another female guest, but we could hear her clearly without trying to do so. We felt rushed and unwanted, to tell you the truth, as if we were holding her up. Sorry! That's what happened. We ate anyway and left. 25 December 2014
