Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle service was fast. Rooms were quiet. Many breatfast choices at buffet. Only negative is the area. It is good for overnight stay for flight or cruise, but not long term. We walked to Dockers restaurant a few blocks away, Dinner there was good, but didn't feel completely safe after dark.

We like the Holiday Inn Express because of the comfortable beds and bedding. They were, once again, very comfortable, but the room was so warm and the HVAC unit made such strange noises, that we did not experience a very good night's sleep. We were only there for one evening and had to catch an early flight, so we did not use the rest of the facilities. We did very much appreciate the shuttle service to and from the airport.

decent, breakfast so so, poor gym. location is a little awkward, with car service shop on one side, close to the airport FLL though.

The location was a bit of a surprise since the entrance was a bit small and short. It had easy access from the airport without having to make a bunch of turns.
We arrived in early evening and had a pleasant experience with the people behind the counter where they suggested a place to eat that was within walking distance, when we asked.
The room was on the 6th floor and we had a minor issue of the light fixture above the shower hanging down, which was fixed the next day. The bed was comfortable and clean, being on that floor we only heard sounds when people were boisterous outside our door as they moved to their room, but other then that nice and quiet.
The tv was a little slow to change channels but worked just fine and had a menu.
If you use the internet, it took a long time to actually connect. We could get a quick connect to the wireless, but it took a few minutes to get the login screen to let us say ok. The wired cable worked fine, a bit surprised one was there. However at exactly midnight the connection severed. I was in the middle of an out of town internet meeting and my wife was playing an online multi-player game. It would be nice if it was 24 hours from when you first connected (in this case 3 hours earlier.) Plus having to wait 2 minutes to get to the access page was pretty close to the wait limit for my other meeting participants threshold - the gamers did not wait.
We got the quick checkout page under our door and it was accurate so it made for an easy exit the next morning. We had to use the shuttle at 4:45AM and it was arranged from another Holiday Inn so even though this hotel shuttle did not run at that time, we still had transportation to the airport. Quite a few people were leaving that early, unfortunately including us.

My family needed a one night stay at a hotel before boarding a cruise. This hotel was great. It's close to the cruise lines and a has a shuttle to pick you up at the airport and take you to the boat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our overnight stay.
This hotel does not have a restaurant on the premise, but their other Holiday Inn hotel closeby, has a really good one. The staff set up service for us to use their shuttle to get to the other property.
In summary, great stay, comfortable rooms, and fabulous customer service.

Great hotel, clean, but way over priced. Very nice facility but I felt the front desk staff had other things they would rather be doing something other than assisting guests.
