Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Housekeeping Needs to be more Courteous I booked this hotel due to the proximity to the Denver Airport. Check-in went smoothly and the desk staff was very helpful and kind. We found our room comfortable and clean. The only negative that I have is that I was awakened by noise that sounded like someone was attempting to kick our door down. When I got to the door and looked through the peep hole I saw the lady for housecleaning beating on another door, with what looked like her keys in her hand. Her knocking on that door was heard very clearly in our room. I wished I had put a do not disturb sign on our door, but upon looking for that sign found that there was not one available. But I do not know if that would have been sufficient because as housekeeping knocked on several doors the intensity of the sound would have awakened the dead in downtown Denver. I addressed this with the front desk on my check-out and did receive a simple apology and she said she would speak with housekeeping. Other than being awoken out of a deep sleep in an unnecessary manner our stay was otherwise uneventful. May 19, 2016

There were a couple of items I would like to have differently, first there was no bar soap in the bathroom (only bath gel), and second the pillows were very uneven and lumpy. May 11, 2016
