Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Easy to park in the basement, a bit difficult to find due to road construction aorund. Hotel is very clean and nice. Personnel was able to anticipate my needs and was welcoming. They prepared a take away breakfast for early wake up. 27 January 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pathetic Experience Pathetic experience 1) Was my birthday and my wife had asked for small pastry for celebration when we come for breakfast and hotel staff said yes and then we went for breakfast - no one showed up or inquired. 2) Poor Internet even with speed upgrade - no hangout etc. will work seamlessly. 3) When I mentioned the above to hotel staff on these experiences all he had to say was - Sorry for that. it's all done from his side in terms of check out. Can I do anything else? 4)Truly and honestly Pathetic. 27 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value This hotel is excellent value and in a great location. 10 minutes from Dubai Mall and the beach. Bathrooms and bedding were clean and the rooms well equipped. However, there was a slight musty smell to one room and a slight smell of cigarettes in another (non-smoking) room. Breakfast was more than adequate (and the buffet was kept well stocked even at busy times) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sadly the construction of the Dubai canal means that (for now) you cannot enter Safa Park from the North East side - which means a walk to the park is not possible from the hotel. 20 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express Great hotel for all the major things - comfort, quietness etc. They only need to improve a few things to make it perfect: 1. it needs an email contact on the website - I needed to contact them prior to my arrival, to organise an early checkin, but they only offered phone numbers (I was not in a situation to use a phone, as I was travelling overseas) . I was forced to ask a local friend to phone for me. 2. they need a seat outside the hotel which is NOT for smokers, so that one has somewhere to sit and wait for friends, taxis etc (although the seats just inside were ideal) 3. Hommus should be provided at breakfast..this is one of the local dishes I particularly look forward to when visiting UAE, so it was disappointing to not have any. The dates at breakfast were the best I have tasted, anywhere in the world! 19 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very nice hotel, excellent staff, good position It was the first time in Dubai: a short vacation with my daughter. The hotel was nice, clean and in a good position ( next to metro and only one stop to downtown) I felt safe inside the hotel ( security always in service). Good breakfast ( delightful chocolate croissants) and a lot of things to choose . The room was comfortable, large enough, clean. The only thing I would change is blanket size, the width was not enough for 2 people so I had to fight with my daughter during the night for a" bit "of blanket. Extremely kind and friendly staff. Good value for money I highly recommend this hotel. 11 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just what you would expect For us the hotel was somewhere to put our heads down while we spent a few days in Dubai. We didn't need anything fancy just good value for money. This fitted the bill perfectly. The hotel appears to be in the middle of nowhere when we arrived by taxi but its near the metro and easy to get to and from. Free shuttle service to the beach and the mall. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice was great for the money. If you are looking for something of value where you know you will be looked after don't bother looking anywhere else. 09 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Relación Calidad/precio excelente El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, si bien es cierto que es necesario usar el metro, pero con lo bien que funciona esto no es un problema. La atención fué realmente buena y la relación calidad-precio excelente. Hay que tener en cuenta que los hoteles en Dubai son bastante caros. el desayuno es lo que me parecio escaso en variedad y repetitivo pero cumplia perfectamente su función. Me volveré a alojar en este hotel. 07 January 2015
