Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dundee When we arrived at hotel was greeted by Allison who was very friendly and new a lot about local attractions. The hotel room was spotless although could do with a lick of paint. Room had a great view the Tay Bridge and river. 13 August 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable beds Room 435 had a bad smell of sick on the carpet. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. There was building work going on at the back of the hotel that started up in the morning 10 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Was a bit worried about the reviews at this hotel but we could not fault the cleanliness or the service of the staff. Breakfast is often criticised but is the normal breakfast available in a Holiday Inn Express so you do know what you are getting. It was well stocked and the breakfast area was very clean. Only criticism we had was that the hotel really needs air conditioning in the rooms. The room we were in was very warm but because of traffic noise we could not leave the window open. The hotel is in an ideal location for Dundee City Centre, the railway station and the bus station. Parking is no problem though you have to pay for it. 06 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very handy! We found the hotel very easily and parked up on the third floor as the website suggested. A short walkway takes you straight into the hotel. Hotel itself was bright and airy. The twin room was bright, clean and my son loved the loo/bathroom combination door (once you've been, you'll see what I mean!) Staff were professional and pleasant with it. 27 July 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Shame about the breakfast Staff were attentive and really helpful. The room was basic but comfortable and clean enough. However the breakfast was really poor and lacking in variety whilst the internet access was troublesome and erratic 20 July 2014
