What was a little different this time was a spontaneous phone reservation that was accommodated by a friendly, professional, efficient associate likely simultaneously checking in guest. My preferred room was available upon late arrival. The staff friendliness repeatedly reminds me of how committed the Holiday Inn group is to their customers. 02 March 2015

She was attentive without being intrusive. She really deserves a call out. The rest of the hotel was clean and quiet and fine. 20 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Short stay, comfortable Stayed just one night for a college visit. Room was clean and comfortable and warm after arriving in sub zero temps that was much appreciated. Breakfast was the typical continental fare, variety of choice. Woman working in the morning there was friendly and welcoming. Nice to have a conversation with staff who work hard and set up the breakfast and clean up after everyone has been through. Desk staff was also helpful in giving directions. Would stay there again if it ends up being the college of choice for my daughter. 19 February 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff and very clean room and facilities From the moment we walked in the lobby our service by the front desk person was top-notch! He was friendly, knew how to get everywhere we needed to go in our car, and was completely professional. The same was true of the gentleman at the desk as we checked out--very friendly and good-natured, as well as efficient. The lady in the breakfast room was also very helpful and friendly. Every staff person we met was a credit to your hotel! Our room (including bath) was spotless and comfortable, except for the extra-large pillows, which I did not care for. The breakfast room and all hallways, and the elevators, were likewise very, very clean. All of that must reflect good management! 15 January 2015
