We arrived after midnight with a baby to find hotel overbooked because of computer error. Fortunately our 3 rooms were booked but it took over 30 minutes of swapping our rooms around toget everyone our party a bed
In the morning we went down to breakfast tone told it was finishing. I quickly gathered together some juice and cereals and took them back to a table. As I walked away from the breakfast nook I heard the waitress close the door and bolt it!
I had intended to go back and get a pot of tea but your staff made sure that was not possible.
I am very surprised that your waitress did not offer to assist me putting together a continental breakfast she did not even ask if I had everything I needed before locking the door behind me
Due to the mix up the evening before we were not given any information on breakfast times and I could not see it on any of the menus in the room.

Stayed here quite often under a different Hotel name. Also stayed after the refurbishment before it changed it's name. Stayed possibly just before it changed it's name, and got quite a bad time from reception. Now been back a couple of times, in the end of February, our first room was with a Velux roof window and we heard all planes arriving and departing all night.
Our second we could not be happier with. Thank you. No complaint was made about the first room, so very happy with second. Will book again. The only notable thing I can say, is the restaurant is not up to the previous standard.
