Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good stay Your hotels are nice and very clean. The only opportunity at this hotel is make sure front staff knows if rooms have fridges. Get in late checked in but didn't go to room right away as we were hungry. Called hotel from store and told We didn't have a fridge only to come back to room and find one. July 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and outstanding service Quietest, most convenient hotel in the area. Amazing breakfast with bacon, yogurt, fruit, eggs - the coffee is excellent. Furnishings are impeccable. Temperature controls in the room worked very well. Bathroom is shiny and spotless. Felt like sleeping in a castle. Front desk staff approved a 12:30 checkout (instead of 12:00) no problem. July 14, 2015

Breakfast was not ready when indicated; we had no maid services during the weekend and not informed; the exercise room had old equipment and we observed rust along the doors and windows in the pool area; the hot tub was no longer working after our 2nd day of stay. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Denver trip for funeral I learned a lot from this experience. My family of 3 adults and my 6 mo old grandson made an unplanned trip for a funeral service. We have never travelled with the baby yet, so was unaware when you ask for a crib, and they say yes they will have it, that it is not guaranteed. We arrived to the hotel at 930 pm to check in to be told (Deana ?) that someone broke the storage closet key, and they did not have a crib for my near-crawling grandson to sleep in. I was upset that no one could have called my contact number to advise me of that at 3pm (check in time) so we contact have made other arrangements. I was also confused as to why the hotel would not reimburse me for a Pack-n- Play if we went to buy one that night. We had to move the top mattress to the wall (bed and bottom mattress did not move) and surround the baby with pillows, and restful sleep for the mom in one bed was not possible. I also asked for consideration of an adjustment on our bill for a three night stay, and hoped the crib issue could be resolved the next day. The next morning, the ladies (Deana and Deana?) were very happy to tell us that we would have a crib for the next 2 nights, so the issue was resolved, and we did receive an adjustment on our bill which I appreciate. I did learn that cribs are not guaranteed, so will make reservations more wisely in the future. K. Nett 6/27 thru 6/30/15 July 8, 2015
