Asked for a VAT receipt for food purchased for three of us to be told the receptionist would bring it over. 30mins later I had to ask one of the waiters, 15mins later I asked the same waiter again to be told the receptionist is there you can ask her. I asked the receptionist again and finally obtained it. Upon check out one of my colleagues asked for a VAT receipt for the room, the same receptionist from the previous night asked for his surname, which he gave. We watched her tap away on the computer keyboard for 10mins, she looks at us and says “what are you waiting for” (Now had we slipped into the twilight zone), a VAT receipt my colleague replies. I cant give you one as you booked through someone else.
Very disappointed in the service we received and with the food and beverage choices. The breakfast was no better. Dried up beans, over cooked sausages and to top it off, a hair in my yoghurt. If you can stay somewhere else, do so!

The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable and our son, aged nine had to sleep in the double bed with us because the springs were jutting into his back!

Friendly and professional staff throughout the two days when I had meetings with a number of people in the lounge area. Comfortable and clean surroundings both in the public areas and the bedroom.
