Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by pillows The pillows were too soft to my liking. Other than that the room was clean, no smoke odor and comfortable. I have been with Holiday Inn since 1987 and I have been a loyal client since that time. When you arrive at your destination, the last thing you need a hassle with is your accommodation you guys have done well for me. Thank you 27 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is amazing and room was great. I recently spent over a week at this hotel under very stressful circumstances. My daughter had been in a serious accident and was in the Trauma ICU at a nearby hospital. Everyone on the staff was sympathetic and kept her in their prayers. After long days of sitting with her, I would come back to an immaculate and comfortable room and a smiling, friendly face at the desk. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly atmosphere and great facilities. 17 February 2015

Tried to check out a day early but apparently had a non refundable rate which I had never had at a holiday inn express before. Nothing really wrong but nothing special either. 14 February 2015

It's never fun to be away from home but the staff certainly made me feel welcomed after each day of work. I really appreciated the clean room and quiet hotel stay and if I am ever in the area again will certainly make this hotel my choice stay. 09 February 2015
