Great experience for the money. Could have used more variety in breakfast options and/or an afternoon reception. Modern room, clean, comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before and one night after our cruise. I would say that Everett at the front desk was one of the most personable and professional individuals I have met. Many years ago I worked as a hotel clerk, so I know what it takes to do a good job in conditions that can be difficult. We had some free time, and he pointed us to some activities that were fun an memorable. Thank you!
The hotel itself was very nice. It is obviously an older property, but it has been updated, and nicely appointed. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The breakfast was nice.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The shuttle to the ship was excellent. We were there just one nighty.

This is an excellent place to stay before a cruise from the Ft. Lauderdale Cruise Port. Close places to eat and shop, including wine shops. Friendly staff. Inexpensive transfers to and from the cruise port available right in the lobby.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and clean. This hotel also offered, through an independent contractor, tours and transportation to the port for people taking a cruise.

I want to specially thank Everet at the front desk who went beyond a great service in getting us picked up at the airport and providing all the info in what to do and where to eat while staying at the hotel before we headed for our cruise the next morning. He has such outstanding customer service ability, plus he is a 'Jack of all trades", the next morning he was helping at the breakfast area, ex.refilling empty coffee pots and other breakfast items. He is due a pay raise.
