Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great start and end to the day I choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express - The Forum for two specific reasons. First, the hotel staff are always pleasant, friendly and genuinely interested in assuring that my stay is completely satisfactory. From the check-in experience to being welcomed back at the end of each work day, I appreciate their attentiveness. Second, having a wide variety of satisfying breakfast fare helps begin the day well and keeps me from having to frequent fast food places that don't allow me the choices I get at the HIE. 27 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by they need to pay more attention The breakfast dishes were not removed from my room. The second day there my room was not made up until 4 pm when I was back in it and there were issues with the guest computers. Also the pool needs to have more lounge chairs. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Life in 421 Spoke with April at front desk [She wrote down my concerns and problems] on two different days about these items: Shower had hair/dirt in back corners; shower door would not close; shower door hard to slide; only one bar of soap; no lotion or mouthwash; carpet had red drink stains near window side of bed; only given 3 towels needed 4 as went to beach then showered before going to dinner, then showered in morning; towels were pretty thin and not absorbing water well. April claimed my concerns were given to maintenance and housekeeping. No one addressed them! No Rapid Check Out, had to stand in line to check out. No Manager On Duty name listed or available, nor was Alexa, General Manager. Certainly this HIE is not worth the stay nor any where near the value of a higher room rate per night inn. See attached photo of "Perfect 10" commitment to the guests. No one cared or did anything to address our problems and concerns. The "Perfect 10" is a PR Stunt, no real commitment. It may be deceptive and fraudulent? I will see what the local BBB has to say. 21 February 2015
