Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sleep Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the sheets above and below the blanket. We also approeciated the two different pillows (soft and firm). It was a cold night and my only complaint was that the heater was coming on and going off about every 15 minutes all night long. 17 November 2014

Yours with the firm and soft option was a little better, but the pillows still mush down to nothing when you try to sleep on them. I need a really firm pillow or I get headaches. Try to bring my own. Otherwise the bed is very comfortable and the rooms adequate for short stays. 15 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Travel Convenence My review is based upon my last experience... I have stayed here before and enjoyed my stay but this time my experience was not that great. I stayed in a room that the refrigerator had issue and woke me up on several occasions during my stay. As I believe the compressor was going out in the refrigerator. When I arrived the desk clerk was very friendly and was very professional... She was very patient and even explained a few things that I never knew about or offered before. I feel the staff in the morning was overwhelmed as they had a construction crew that was staying there. I believe the desk clerk even prepped the breakfast area to accommodate the construction workers as it was opened earlier than normal which shows the staff is trying to take care of the needs of their visitors. 14 November 2014
