Breakfast fine if hotel not full the first morning it was like a cattle market not enough tables and staff couldn't cope with getting food out fast enough. The family room 2nd bed was most uncomfortable thin lumpy mattress. Fine for a base to explore the city 13 April 2015

The sofa bed was prepared for our family stay which hasn't been the case during some other Holiday Inn stays in previous years. There was microwave, cutlery 11 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mid week break We had a lovely time in this hotel. It's very close to the centre of Glasgow. The room was a nice size with a big flat screen tv and the wifi worked well. Breakfast was very nice, if a bit early, finishing at 9.30am, but at least we were up and out early. The staff in this hotel are some of the nicest and friendliest we have ever come across and we have traveled a lot. 06 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fabulous Staff My daughter is a wheelchair user and so I phoned ahead to speak to the staff re parking/facilities/accessibility. I have to say from my first call with the hotel, the staff were absolutely fabulous and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was a good one - particularly Agnes who couldn't do enough for us. Staying in hotels when you are disabled can be a bit hit and miss and other hotel chains have sometimes made us feel a bit of an inconvenience. Happily our experience was the complete opposite at this hotel and we would like to say a big thank you to all the staff! 05 April 2015
