The 2013 Weekend Breaks offer rate discount is applicable (subject to availability) for bookings made between 2nd January 2013 and 10th February 2013 inclusive, for stays at participating Holiday Inn Express hotels in Europe between 23rd January 2013 and 29th December 2013. The rate discount of the offer is calculated as a percentage off each night of stay and will be at least 20% and a maximum 30% off the Best Flexible Rate of the participating hotel. The discounted rate will be confirmed at the time of booking. Bookings must be made at least 21 days in advance of stays. For the avoidance of doubt, no discount will apply to other hotel charges including, but not limited to, room service, food and beverage, gratuities and incidentals and all such charges must be paid to the participating hotel in full by the guest at check out. Each participating hotel’s standard booking terms and restrictions apply. The offer is available for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights during the promotional period, based on two adults sharing a standard twin/double room, all bookings are inclusive of free hot breakfast. The offer is subject to availability and applicable to new bookings only. The offer is not applicable to groups and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or special promotions. Full prepayment for the entire stay is required at time of booking which is non-refundable, except where prohibited by local laws. The payment card will be charged between time of booking and check in. IHG may vary these promotion terms and conditions and the list of participating hotels at any time.
