From the outside, the Inn looked pretty much what you'd expect--a utilitarian building to house business travellers. But once inside I was met with friendly staff and check-in was easy. Within minutes I was in my room. Very clean, spacious with a comfortable bed. My view was nothing to write home about but I was there for business, not pleasure. As there didn't seem to be much in the immediate area as far as dining went (and it was pouring rain) I ate in the hotel's "dining room". The menu is limited and a little on the pricey side. I ordered a chicken caesar salad which took 40 minutes to arrive, time to "enjoy" the banter of a group of men watching a boxing match on the large screen tv. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but overall, I'd give the Hotel a positive review. It was convenient to where I needed to be and I'd stay here again.

Stayed here for just one night and it was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is very close to Greenock town centre and the Waterfront Leisure Centre

An excellent hotel, well sited for Greenock, Glasgow airport and ferries. There is an excellent train service into Glasgow for those who want to shop.
The service we received was excellent and the standard of housekeeping superb.
We had an accident and spilt some cough linctus onto a duvet, the housemaid dealt with it in a flash and saved the day.
