Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not satified Check in went fine. Got to the room and it wasn't clean as it should be. Bed wasn't comfortable. We used a reward night and got the bill the next morning and still was charged. Never have I been charge anything when using a reward night. Guest the Holiday Inn express doesn't believe in giving their customers rewards. 17 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place to Stay This Holiday Inn was extremely clean and the staff friendly and professional. We stayed in a King Suite which was very roomy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room faced the main highway and I was concerned about highway noise. However, it was never an issue. The AC unit worked great and we were comfortable all night. The room had a small refrigerator which these usually don't work very well. After just a few hours our drinks were frozen. And that is not a complaint. It was nice to know the frig kept our food very cold. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others. 16 September 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Complaints and Compliments There was about 6 office staff staying at your hotel. Most of us had several maintenance issues. There was also issues where housekeeping not changing the sheets. Most everyone brought their issues to the front desk but no one took care of them. On the other hand the staff was friendly. The breakfast room was clean and the staff was very helpful. 08 September 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel in Griffin, GA Overall stayat this hotel was nice. The hotel looks to have been another brand in the past, then was refitted to a Holiday Inn. My room door could have used some adjusting. It was hard to open and close due to carpet rub. Door would not close by itself. A/C worked, but seemed to run more than it should have needed to. 08 September 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service The hotel staff was great. We arrived before check in time of 3:00 pm. We had to be at an event before 3 and the staff made every effort to get us a room so we could change, and make the event on time. The cleaning staff was great. I must say that Ms. Pat went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed, and the room was always cleaned in a timely manner. Breakfast was good. I am always concerned about staying in a hotel when out of town but the Holiday Inn Express has always provided good service. 04 September 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude management To make long story short, I will never stay here again if it was free. Did not get room I booked. Manager said the picture on website was not correct. I replied that the other pics are of this hotel but they said I was stuck with the room they gave me. I showed them my receipt and was told it was my fault and sorry. The "hot tub" in the room was just a bath tub with jets. The faucet for the tub was a sink faucet that took over an hour to fill up. The jets were so loud we could not keep them on because you could not talk with out yelling. We went down to pool and guess what, the big hot tub there was broke, no water jets working. The free breakfast was not good either. We all had belly aches most of day after eating that. I do not recommend to anyone. This is the first Holiday Inn I stayed in that was a negative experience. 02 September 2014
