Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by a good night's sleep The room key did not work but a gentleman who was working on the room next door took our cards to the front desk and had them fixed and brought them back...he didn't have to--he just went above and beyond... We were there for a memorial for a friend--so the occasion wasn't thrilling, but as always, Holiday provides a great place to rest--clean rooms and can always be depended upon for good service. 14 August 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Old Property with many upkeep needs This is an older property that has a lot of wear and tear. Our room had a missing blind and the walls of the building we were in were worn and dirty. In the morning, the breakfast room didn't have enough room for all the guests and we had to eat in our room which required us to carry our plates back to our room. I would not recommend this property and will use a different property in the future. 10 August 2014

A bit noisy because of location to freeway, had construction on other side of freeway but wasn't bad. Breakfast was very good with great variety. 09 August 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dogs We were almost totally satisfied with our stay at this hotel except for their dog policy. Change your policy on dogs in the rooms. Designate certain rooms for dogs and inform clients that they are dog allowed rooms. I do not want to stay in a room where a dog has been allowed to stay. In addition, anyone who brings a dog into the hotel room with certification that it is a service dog must be in attendance in the room with the dog at all times. Clients who violate the rule as the occupants of the adjoining room to our first assigned room should be asked to leave the hotel. An unattended barking dog in the room next to ours, as we experienced is totally unacceptable. The staff did change our room immediately. As we travel quite extensively we will now inquire before we make reservations about all hotels dog policy and we will select a hotel which does not allow dogs and/or has designated rooms for those guests who need to have dogs . We hope you change your policy to our recommended policy or we will find other hotels that meet our criteria. 04 August 2014
