No complaints about the room. Breakfast area is a bit small and does not have the usual pancake machine that is available at all other Holiday in Express' I have been to.

All the staff from maintenance, housekeeping, front desk are friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a little chit-chat when waiting for the elevator or walking down the hall. Great overall experience. And it is in walking distance of a supermarket and a Burger King. A refrigerator and microwave in the room made it an even more comfortable stay. A great hotel experience!

ATTENDANT MADE SURE ROOM WAS CLEANED, REPLACED TOWELS AND SUPPLIES DAILY. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

We stayed with grown kids and grandchildren in 3 rooms to visit family in North NJ and explore New York City. The location was great for both. We had comfortable rooms, a nice little pool, and easy quick breakfast. Great staff. It took about an hour to drive to the ferry, park, and ferry across to NYC. North New Jersey is beautiful and we enjoyed staying there for this fun trip.

If you need to use the lobby computer and the hotel printer, this is not your hotel. I watched a person struggle for more than an hour to print his/her boarding passes, and then I tried to simply print a 2 page proposal. The desk clerk said it was a "little slow". When it takes 8 minutes for the screen to refresh, that isn't a little slow. I ended up going to Staples and printing my materials after wasting nearly an hour of my time trying to reboot, get to a print screen, and then not having any luck. When I complained to the staff, no one seemed to care that the machine was unusable. Totally unacceptable for a HI Express in my opinion.
