Fitness area was too small and without any nice equipment or free weights. Make sure you ask for room away from elevator if you are a light sleeper. 03 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by overall great experience great visit as usual to the Haskell Holiday Inn Express. All the staff, Ashley, Kara, Jack, and Melissa were extremely helpful and gracious. The cost for this hotel is exceptional and every time I stay there, the service is outstanding. The staff make you fell very welcome at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler. 26 November 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Stay - Hotel Not Recommended My poor experience began at check-in, when I was assigned to a room that was being renovated, and the bathroom was inoperable. The "new" room I was assigned to across from the elevator was definitely not an upgrade (bathroom was marginally clean, chips in the glazing of the tub), and I was not made to feel welcome as a Gold Elite Member. The "fitness center" consisted of a tiny room with one treadmill and one bicycle. The access door was broken, and it took two staff members with a master key to get the door open, which they subsequently had to keep propped open. At check-out no one even asked me how my experience was or apologized my experience at check-in or during my stay. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to others. 24 November 2014
