Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Value Hotel Great value for money. PROS: The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. The room and bathroom were very clean. Our rear-facing room had a lovely view of a pond, the forested hill beyond, and flora and fauna (water lilies, hawks, swallows and leaping fish). That was delightful. The complimentary breakfast is definitely one of the better ones! Very large selection including pastries, bagels, muffins, waffles,breads, etc, along with hot food like omelets, biscuits 14 September 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great stay This HIE was the 3rd one we stayed at during our 8 day trip and by far the best. The only negative was that the pool was closed and we chose it because of the pool. It would be nice in the future if this kind of information was made available on the website. 04 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding stay We were there for a wedding being held nearby. The hotel brought all us guests to the wedding, back to the hotel, back for a second evening reception and back to the hotel at night. The bus was ontime each way and very comfortable. Staff was excellent and accomodating regarding early room readiness, checkin.and checkout. Room was spacious, spotless, modern and nicely appointed. Bed, mattress and pillows were all high quality and we slept wonderfully. Could move in! Bathroom was large and towels soft and plentiful. This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. This will be our "go to" Hotel from now on. 04 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent customer service, clean comfortable room We arrived before scheduled check-in time and was greeted by Missy. I explained that we needed to do a quick change to make it to a nearby reception. Missy stated that she understood our problem and would need a few minutes to check inventory. "Excellent customer service!" When we came back down, Missy complimented us on our attire. She also greeted us upon our return, asking how the reception turned out. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Great cinnamon buns at breakfast! 04 September 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast with an Attitude Worst breakfast I have ever had in all my travels. Breakfast was suppose to be set up at 6:00..... By 7:00, coffee was still not out. The young man in charge of breakfast had one speed....slow....and it appeared as though he could not care less. The gentleman behind the front desk, when questioned about breakfast', simply threw up has hands with a "not my problem" and told me to speak with the breakfast guy. There was no follow up whatsoever.... Hallways were dirty.....elevator banged..... hotel beginning to show signs of neglect and disrepair. Avoid if possible.... 01 September 2014
