If you need to use the lobby computer and the hotel printer, this is not your hotel. I watched a person struggle for more than an hour to print his/her boarding passes, and then I tried to simply print a 2 page proposal. The desk clerk said it was a "little slow". When it takes 8 minutes for the screen to refresh, that isn't a little slow. I ended up going to Staples and printing my materials after wasting nearly an hour of my time trying to reboot, get to a print screen, and then not having any luck. When I complained to the staff, no one seemed to care that the machine was unusable. Totally unacceptable for a HI Express in my opinion.

Good location, other than that standard Holiday Inn. Seemed to be a little understaffed in the lobby area. Burger King next door if you're hungry.

This is a perfectly average property where the well meaning staff screwed up again and again despite repeated pleas for help. Left a $10 bill on the bed with the "change sheet" card. The sheets were never changed even after bringing this to the front desk staff's attention for the next 3 days straight. Nothing was ever done and no attempt at satisfaction was ever made,even upon checkout. Otherwise, not a bad stay.
Note to pool staff: the reason the whole place stinks of chlorine is because the free available chlorine level is TOO LOW (you should maintain 3.0) and you don't shock it once a week.. This causes combined chlorine and something called chloramines, which produces that terrible chlorine smell. It's also why you can't see the bottom of the pool and why it looks green.

I visited my parents with my grandson for Spring
Break week. We stayed at the Holiday Inn......
it was close to my parents home, easy to drive back
and forth from, the staff was totally friendly, caring
and competent. Patient and amused by my
6 year old grandson, who is a bit of a wild boy.

this was a typical HI Express, with the typical lack of electrical outlet at the bedside. to recharge my phone, I had to move the dresser and unplug the clock, most HI expresses are the sale way. the hotel chain seems slow to upgrade.

Thanks, HIE, for helping us relax during our stay in NJ. We had business to attend to that was hectic but coming back to your hotel was wonderful. We could relax in a spotlessly clean room and sleep in a cozy, comfy bed!
