Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay, but no priority club recognition. First, it was a good stay. I was surprised at the lack of any attempt to recognize a platinum member of IHG. Not expecting the red carpet, but it would be nice that you would put forth some effort as other IHG properties do. 23 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience The hotel's location is great and is right off the highway. There is a Burger King that is next to the hotel and a supermarket diagonal from the hotel. The room is typical Holiday Inn Express style - clean and simple. Late checkout was extended when to Plat members. 15 January 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Due to the altering of our reservation from double queen to king and several in-house issues, we had 5 room assignments within 12 hours. The general manager's compensation was 5000 pts. or one-fourth of a night (for our 3 night stay). Though the 2 rooms we had for the first night and the room we shared the next two were clean and comfortable and the weekend staff seemed to want to be helpful, the front office glitch and the general manager's response are very disappointing customer service. . . Not the experience we generally have at Holiday Inn Express in other locations. 11 January 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great rooms and attentive staff Had the privilege of staying here on two different occasions and each time they were great. Clean room and comfortable rooms. Indoor pool and onsite laundry facilities made it the perfect place to stay while in the area for work. One night in particular the room upstairs were making a lot of noise while I was trying to sleep and they handled it immediately and with no future hassles. They are very professional and couldn't have had a better time. Be sure to visit the bar across the street if you are looking for a place for after work just to grab a beer. It's a dive bar but me and my co-workers had a blast each time. 08 December 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room. When I arrived the room temperature was uncomfortably warm. I kept lowering the thermostat trying to reach a good temperature. Finally the air conditioning turned on and would not turn off. I finally turned the unit off and it warmed up. The next morning I reported the problem and when I got back to the room, that afternoon, I was back up to 80 degrees. I lowered the thermostat to 66 degrees but it was still uncomfortably warm all night. Worst stay at a HIE I have ever had. 05 December 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by tv broken and breakfast ended early we couldn't get the tv to work. and when my husband went down to the breakfast at 9:00AM - there were no more eggs - even though the breakfast was supposed to go till 9:30AM. we never got breakfast eggs and couldn't watch the morning news. so it wasn't such a great experience. we called to get someone to come up the room to fix the tv - but no one ever arrved at we left at about 10:30AM. 02 December 2013
