Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, average bed Average looking hotel rooms. Basically what I expect from a hotel. Mattresses need to be replaced. Breakfast is adequate, as long as you are not expected to much in taste. 22 November 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed / Horrible HVAC The room was quite nice by HI Express standards. The beds comfortable, room very neat and clean. However, the room's HVAC unit was very very noisy. When the fan would kick on it would immediately drown out the TV and, if sleeping, plan on being woken up. I thought my room might be the odd room with a noisy fan. NO, four of my colleagues had the same experience. Even though it was quite cold, all of us unplugged the units from the wall. In cold weather when the system is turned off, the unit would still come on every 15 minutes for 30 - 45 seconds. 17 November 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pets allowed! We were very disappointed on our last stay because the room(s) smelled after dogs! Even after changing rooms the bad smell is in the air. There is also nobody available in the evening or at night to fix anything or unblock a toilet... This is unfortunate as the staff is nice. 16 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room was very comfortable and clean This hotel was very clean and the room was spotless. The beds were also very comfortable. We were traveling with a small dog and they were very accommodating and the pet fee was very reasonable with no deposit required. I had a slight problem with check in but my overall opinion is it was a very nice stay. 11 November 2014
