Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 ROOM 331 Hotel very clean. Room furnishings were good. After going to bed 11:30 PM a loud motor or fan noise was emanating from bathroom. It was coming from the wall & could have been a air duct. Closing the bathroom door only reduced the sound by 50 % & it was to late to change rooms ( very little sleep ). Breakfast food ( eggs/bacon ) tasted like rubber. Notified staff concerning bathroom noise, but doubt anything was done. Will not stay at this particular Holiday Express again & first time I have ever encountered less than a perfect stay at these hotels 29 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express, Henderson From the friendly desk staff, to the well maintained rooms and especially Carmen, the very friendly food service provider, my stay at Holiday Inn Express, Henderson was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel to anyone for business or pleasure if you want to stay off the strip. This hotel deserves 5 stars. Thanks again. 24 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, quiet room with friendly, helpful staff Modern, clean, and comfortable room. Large parking lot. Location close to shopping, eateries, entertainment, the airport, freeways. No extra pet fee!! Only issue was getting kicked off the wi-fi on my iPhone 6 quite frequently. 20 March 2015

Very warm, hotel had just remodeled and I think that was part of the problem. It was doable for the amount of time we spent in our room. Will stay there again. 19 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by friendly staff!! We went to visit with our granddaughter and really enjoyed our stay. Nice comfortable room with plenty of space and very clean The main reason I am writing is because of the staff. I left a bottle of my meds behind when we checked out. The hotel called us enroute home to let us know the maid had found it and had returned it to front desk . The hotel was nice enough to overnight my meds to me and I couldn't be more grateful or surprised! In this day and age to find such honestly is refreshing. We will be returning several times per year to visit our little granddaughter and we will be staying with these kind folks!! 14 March 2015
