Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Un hotel que deja mucho que desear! Falla de cadena en general! Definitivamente un hotel con muy poco aseo de la habitacion, elementos del baño en mal estado, corroidos, ec. Recibi una habitacion para discapacitados cuando no reserve tal habitacion. Nada que comparar a los otros Holiday Inn Express en los que me he alojado. Definitivamenete este es un hotel de emergencia por no decir mas. Primera y ultima vez en este hotel lo que me hace considerar un cambio de cadena hotelera. 18 November 2014

I was quite impressed with the shower layout, finding it very satisfactory and "old worldly". The ability to access the hotel from neighboring streets was very easy. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Most recent stay I am a Gold member and choose to stay in your hotels very often. The past few times I stayed at this hotel I was a little disappointed. One of the 2 elevators has been out of order for months. Also, unlike other hotels, this facility does not provide a welcome gift bag or even ask if you would prefer points. They do neither. I thought that was one of the benefits of your program. I have stayed at this particular hotel on several occasions. Not sure that I will continue. Room service did not even provide coffee in the room after the 1st day. 15 November 2014

I did not have any great expectations, but we we arrived I was pleasantly surprised with everything from how clean and nice smelling the entire hotel was to the very helpful staff. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Miami. 12 November 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by AVERAGE NOT WORTH THE PRICE THE STAFF AND SERVICE WAS NICE HOWEVER WE HAD A ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND THE QUALITY OF THE ROOM WAS OK, IT SMELLED LIKE MILDEW AND THE ROOM NEEDED A LITTLE WORK. THE BATHROOM LOOKED A LITTLE RUSTY AND OUT OF ALL THE HOLIDAY INN'S WE'VE EVER STAYED IN WE WEREN'T IMPRESSED. THE FOOD WASN'T ALL THAT GREAT EITHER. IF I HAD TO STAY IN MIAMI AGAIN I WOULDN'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. 11 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and private pool. This hotel is in a very convenient location. Traffic outside is noisy but did not interrupt our sleep. The pool is the perfect temperature and has good privacy all around. Beautiful dining room with a great breakfast. 10 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Service For the past few years, i have stayed at Miami-Hialeah (Miami Lakes) Holiday Inn Express and has enjoyed every moment. The front desk staff are very polite and efficient. During my recent stay, i found the apple juice was very sweet, however, the other food items were fresh and enjoyable. 03 November 2014
