Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business Stay March 23-26 This hotel is ok. The interior and rooms need to be updated. Hotel staff for the most part were really friendly with the exception of check out. Two staff members at the front desk, one other customer being taken care of by one of them. I checked out and didn't get acknowledged by either of the two individuals at the desk. No questions regarding how was my stay or even a good morning. The afternoon and early evening staff were great and very friendly. 30 March 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 En realidad fué poco el tiempo que pasé en el hotel. Las camas me parecieron pequeñas pero eso es subjetivo porque mido casi 2 metros y en casa uso una cama King. No me gustaron las almohadas super blandas. El espacio de la habitación es un poco reducido (éramos 3 adultos). Muy bién el baño y la limpieza. El closet abierto le quita presencia. Bién el detalle de la cafetera y nevera. Captamos bién el Hi Fi en la habitación. 27 March 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Local knowledge Was unable to purchase tiolet\ supplies and ask the guard what pharmicies mwere open . His response that all were close at least the nearby ones. I decided that I would drive to Blue Lagoon drive but then i question his response and knew CVs never closes its dooe. So using GPS i drove to the nearest CVS and it was open. Guards need to aqaint themselve of prevailing neghiborhood closing times 26 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by We paid for something, we didn't get We booked one suite with TWO BEDROOMS with queen beds according to the information in this website. This kind of suites doesn't exist in this hotel, they tried to give us one room with one queen bed and a living room with one queen "couch". The solution was to move us to another room with two regular beds. So, we ended up paying a lot of money for something we didn't get. Also, the hotel charges for any package you receive in your stay... We have stayed in other Holidays Inn Express hotels and is the first time we paid for this. 22 March 2015
