Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hoping things improve My room was on the 5th floor - One elevator was out of service my entire stay, the other was "ON & OFF". Worse than the elevator situation was the fact that my room temperature was not acceptable. I did report this to no avail September 13, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Front Office Greetings based on Regular visits I have stayed at this Hotel on 5 occasions and have experienced warmth and privacy. The front staff always greet me with a 'special' welcome back smile and that makes me feel good. I would usually stay for one week at a time. The challenge I have with this Hotel is the breakfast. There is no variety. Practically the same thing every day. September 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and very comfortable Stayed here while travelling to the Keys. Great stopover and very convenient to the Keys. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We got in a little late and really didn't want to go out again for supper and they were having pancakes for supper - free. This was great and allowed us to rest after a long day of driving. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel. The room was nice and the housekeeper made or days enjoyable and at home. The breakfast was good but the pancake machine was down for three days and that's what I came to the hotel for. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. August 28, 2015

Suite as the call it is small and dark, air conditioner doesn't cool front half of room, bathroom door opens out blocking hallway. kitchenette area very old and gross, mold growing under sink area in 2 rooms I was in. Several of my co-workers and I were very sick with allergies due to mold. 2 years now and still only 1 elevator is working. Breakfast is flavorless as in most hotels, pancake machine makes rubbery pancakes. Yogurt, milk and fresh fruit are it's only saving grace. Lots of rude foreign tourists here by the busload. Lobby and exterior look so nice, but that is where it ends. August 23, 2015
