Edgor and Lachuisa went out into the bitter cold and bought a sprite for me to drink to settle my stomach. They will never know how much that helped me. Thank you so very much for such good and considerate employees. 28 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome attention to detail and concerned staff The hotel is a bit loud on the weekends for businessmen and professional travelers. For family getaways, the hotel offers a lot. During the week, the atmosphere changes and the hotel quiets down quite a bit. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room on one of the higher floors or stay during the work week. I will tell you that I've not seen a hotel in recent time with a more invested operations manager and staff. Jeanine at the front desk was awesome as well. The rooms are maintained and up to date. For staff and customer service, I can't recommend a hotel more than this one. 25 February 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not clean We got to our roon late and were tired.The blanket for the pull out couch had large fresh yellow stain.Staff at front desk said we could come down for new linens. No apology. We asked for them to bring it to us. After waiting over 15 minutes my husband went down himself. Next day we were given 2000 points. I have always stayed with Holiday Inn Express. Not sureI will again. It just was disgusting experience. 21 February 2015
