The hotel was very nice looking and clean. The mattress was not comfortable. Every time my husband moved I woke up. One front desk employee was rude. All others were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The air conditioner had difficulty keeping the temperature cool in the back of the room.

Great hotel and staff. Even offered warm cookies upon arrival. Only negative was that you couldn't close the heavy external curtains in your room for darkness, so when the sun came up, your room was pretty much bright! Other than that, highly recommend. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work!

Considering the availability of places to stay in HInesville, GA, this hotel was average. The air condition was very loud, but it kept the room cool and comfortable. I would stay here again.
The staff was very friendly.

I choose to stay at IHG properties because they are usually clean and comfortable however this stay was different. After a long drive I entered the bathroom to wash my hands and eat. The first thing I noticed was the dirty toilet. It was hard not to notice as the seat was up and the stain/??? was very apparent. I always carry disinfectant and wipes with me when I travel so I ended up cleaning the toilet and wiping down everything else just to feel comfortable enough to stay in the room. I took a picture to document what I found and did share my concerns with the hotel staff. The hotel was nicely appointed but on this visit I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and it diminished my overall experience. The manager did follow up with me by telephone and was very apologetic. He offered rewards points for my trouble however I never received them.

My family and I had an Excellent stay at this hotel.
Their was no major concern with this hotel and I would recommend it to others.
