Very happy to meet the old friends again, especially the Manager, Simon and his fantastic supervisors, like Izac and Emily W. We loved the buffet breakfast arrangement at Grand Ballroom with variety of food and fruit choices. :) 21 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value and great service Staffs were attentive and helpful. We complained about cigarette smell in the guest room and in the hallway one evening during our stay. Front desk staff immediately took action, sent service staff to deal with the issue and followed up with phone calls to make sure there were no further issues. We were impressed! In terms of the buffet breakfast, we wish there were more varieties than what's available. Also, we wish there were signage put up indicating to hotel guests that they should line up for their food. Last but not least, there are no refrigerators, iron and ironing board in the guest room. It would be great to add these items in the rooms to make it more convenient for our stay. 20 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 It's like coming home After a 12 days holiday in Korea we stopped over in HK and stayed at Holiday Inn Kowloon East. My wife's 1st expression said itall. "It's like coming home." We have stayed at this hotel before and will be coming back again and again provided they remain price competitive. We don't mind the extra travel since there are shopping malls nearby. Breakfast quality has also improved. Staff professionalism and efficiency and standard of service remain very high. 19 November 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by unprofessional stuff...make me feel shame i was traveling with two of my friends and i did insist to stay in that holiday inn express depending on my experience in other brunches .. in check in was giving me slippers which i never saw such procedure like that in my whole life... room air conditioner was too hot breakfast was bad.. not much choices for foreigners not even eggs by order..croissant was absent on the morning....just drink coffee and i left... i didn't receive the bills on email...and in my IHG account i fount mistaken bill.. :((( in the end... i felt shamed in front of my friends accompany me .... i don't recommend this brunch to any one 19 November 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room arrangement I know I have booked a room in BAR rate with wheelchair access, but really try not to assign for me in my future visit, or upgrade me next category. Both of the room and bathroom has a strange smell when goes in. But the bed was good and room was clean. The I-pod charger has accidentally turn off the main switch and I have to call Duty Engineer to come and fix, can be check by HSKP before release room I think. Even first time the key does not work and I have to come down again to change key with my wife (Her motion, you know, GIRLS haha ..), but staff was nice and good. I also work with Hotel rooms division so I knew everything is normal so I did not ask for room change. Just put a remarks prefer not assign disable room. Many thanks 16 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff and comfortable rooms I have stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong and this is certainly value for money yet comfortable, roomy (similar to the UK) and clean. The staffs are excellent and helpful. The hotel is part of a shopping mall (very large) in the Tseng Kwan O metro station. Not exactly downtown but only a 30 minute metro ride away from Central and Mong Kok. 10 minutes walk from E22 bus to the airport. 15 November 2014
