This is a very useful property for Houston IAH and for companies on the beltway west. A lot of restaurants and eating options several within walking distance. Staff are always welcoming and rooms impeccably clean with a very fresh breakfast available.

Upon arrival my room was ready and there was not a wait time. The staff greeted us with smiles and welcomed us there. The staff was very much on point.....

This is a good hotel choice if you have to stay in this area. I only saw the area around the hotel late at night and it was a little shady. But I felt comfortable inside the hotel. Everything was clean and updated but there was a faint mildew-type smell in my room. Other than that, the stay was good.

Good overnight stop. I've stayed on this hotel several times and the only comment for improvement I have is that it may be difficult to find as you are driving through 1960 (peek behind Wolfies). Everything else has been great time and time again.

I only had a problem with my A/C unit in my room with a clicking and scratching noise all night. But i LOVE staying at Holiday Inn Express!

Dirty floors, carpet not vacuumed during week long stay, tub drain stopper broken, wallpaper in bathroom peeling, bed linens not changed every third night, as advertised, and fitness room equipment deplorable and worse I have seen of any chain encountered in a 38 year career of traveling and highest level of loyalty programs in several chains. What is more disappointing, highest level of management, female African American, at the hotel could care less and corrected nothing during three weeks of stay. POOR EXAMPLE OF A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!!!
