Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff and Management While staying at this location last week I have to commend the staff and the owner of this location. The hotel is a nice location to stay at with average considerations as compared to the other properties however the staff, management and the personal service by the Owner of this location make it a heads above the crowd choice as needed for future visits. All staff and management were great to deal with, helpfull and more considerate that typically experienced. The aspect of a personal visit with the location owner has exlampified the customer experience and makes everyone feel as they are the most importnat person to the location. 15 September 2014

My plate broke as I was carrying it back to the table, the knife broke when I tried to cut something and the fork bent when i tired to pick something up with it. Not a good start to the day. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Lack of facilities Location was great for airport (provided you are prepared to use a taxi) but the hotel had very little in the way of facilities. I arrived and discovered you could not get a meal unless you ordered out. There was not a bar in the hotel and the staff were not very helpful and the mini-fridge was not stocked at all. The pool was outside and tiny and was not really useful at all. Breakfast hours were not really great for visitors with early morning flights and the shuttle service was not available as I had not booked it the night before (nobody informed me of this on check-in). I would not recomend this hotel for visitors to the city, business users or even people wishing to stay before an early morning flight. One of my more disappointing stays in a hotel of this brand. 02 September 2014
