Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Last minute Booking Delayed and cancelled flights left me at the Airport tired and unhappy with a cheap voucher that American Airlines gave me for a hole in the wall Motel. A call to Holiday Inn who found the Intercontinental East location for me. A timely pick up in their transport by a friendly Driver and a wonderfully helpful lady on the Front Desk turned the night around. A comfortable bed and a good nights sleep made the following day batter experience. Thanks Peter February 6, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay near IAH We stayed here the night previous to a cruise out of the Port of Houston. The free airport shuttle and free breakfast were a big draw, as well as the reasonable price for those amenities. The hotel was clean and the room was well equipped. Service was friendly. Only drawback was there is only one restaurant choice within walking distance - Jack in the Box about a 5 minute walk away. February 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by When traveling and leaving from IAH Houston This Holiday Inn Express is an excellent choice when flying in our out of IAH Houston International Airport. Not only was the room a great place to relax and the comfort of bed and pillows perfect - the hotel staff is beyond reproach - making me feel as if I were almost family. "Mende" at the front desk is extremely helpful with things in the area but also within the hotel such as helping with printing out my boarding pass in the business center. Great place to stay for business and pleasure - had a great nights sleep and very comfortable room. February 2, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No Hot Water The sink had no hot water as the faucet was broken. The tv was broken and did not work. There was no coffe inthe room to make coffee in the morning. No receipt left under our door. The hotel is shabby and needs renovation. January 27, 2016
