Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by IHG Rewards Member I have stayed at this property two times within the last three months. The staff never greets me as an IHG Rewards member. They put me in a handicap room the last time which I did not request. I felt this type of room was design for a person in a wheelchair and they should be given the opportunity to have this room instead of me. I felt the staff should had informed me of the type of room they were giving me other Holiday Inn have done this in the past. I feel the manager of this property needs to be retrained and also the staff. This was a holiday weekend and they only had one person checking in guests. The property is new so everything is very nice but the staff is lacking. 07 September 2014

The only thing I have to say is the lack of staff remembering to mention platinum member benefits when first checking in. I had to ask them about it in order for them to remember. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with my stay. 27 August 2014

The rooms are comfortable, larger than the normal room at similarly priced hotels, and very clean. Hotel staff are friendly and fast. For a future road trip in which we'll pass through this area, we are deliberately designing the trip to include a night at the Holiday Inn Express in Indio. 25 August 2014
