Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Experience After requesting a 1st floor room that would be handicap accessible at arrival we told our room was 3rd floor. (I was traveling with my elderly aunt who WILL not use elevator and needed the first level to meet her needs. I had called around midnight to make sure our room was secure also so I was very upset with the fact I was given what I was told and also had to help my aunt up 3 flights of stairs. The worst part was that after getting her to the room, after getting on elevator and the door shut headed down we noticed a used tampon. ( clean version) After getting off I told the receptionist who was polite she apologized and removed it. After getting to the car to get my bags the realization of what I had just seen made me sick to my stomach that I vomit. I was given half off my room but the damage was done so although I am a IHG member, I'm glad I only booked one night because we moved two hotels down for our 2nd night and received the type if service I expected from Holiday Inn Express and normally receive. Although I realize it was late and the front desk receptionist couldn't have known about what was on the elevator. The fact that someone would do something so disgusting was staying there was enough for me to move and also not being accommodated with the room I needed. I left my number for the hotel manager to call me which I was told would happen Monday because she was not on the property on weekend.. well it's Wed and no call!!!! I have her card but I won't bother , I just will NEVER stay at the Jax airport location.... for top notch service it's worth it to just go down two hotels in my humble opinion. 12 November 2014

I was very surprised as to the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. I will stop again if I am in the area. 10 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quick service, great experience. I was at another hotel far from my meeting location and had to make a last-minute change to my lodging. Brittany, the concierge, was able to get me a room at a reasonable rate the next day! I used the business center until late into the night, relied on the wifi in the morning, and was able to get fully energized with the breakfast. I only regret not bringing shorts to use the pool. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Price We loved this hotel. We were able to park our car there while we were on a cruise and then spend the night when we returned. That was such a blessing to us. Becky was extremely helpful at the front desk helping me with any questions. She sold me on the property. The only negative thing I can possibly say is the shuttle was horrific! 03 November 2014
