The only recommendation I have for the hotel staff is to have another person helping during the breakfast, as the food was always running out, and the staff could not seem to keep up with clearing tables. Overall, it was a clean room, great sleep, and good value. August 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Has improved and Can be better From my last visit and feedback a month ago, I have seen some improvements especially in the cleanliness of the room and replacing the face and hand towels. Slight improvement can be made by being consistent as there were days, it was not replaced. A big improvement can be made in the front desk. I had problem with my big heavy luggages. Rather than offered a help, I was given the policy of the hotel that guests need to carry their own luggage when I asked for a help to bring them from the roadside to the hotel as the car could not go into the hotel. Similarly when I asked for a slipper and toothbrush to be delivered into the room. In addition, it will be good to replenish the stock on time. After staying for 5 nights, the simple strawberry jam was still out of stock. I still have some trust that the hotel management will look into this and bring up the customer oriented service like other Holiday Inn Express I have experienced in other countries. August 16, 2015
