Excellent hotel for the business customer, although watch the road layout approaching the business park can be misleading.

We booked a family room and were given a very poor sofa bed which was impossible to sleep on as the springs made a loud noise every time you moved, the mattress was so thin that you could feel every spring through it and the whole bed sloped to one side so both kids ended up on top of each other every 5 minutes.

The quality and cleanliness of the hotel and our family room were great and just what we wanted/expected. Unfortunately the mattress of the pull-out bed was very thin and uncomfortable for our daughter. Breakfast was great with a good selection of self-service food. Overall we were happy with everything provided by Holiday Inn Express.
Our stay was spoiled by some very noisy guests who rampaged the corridors of the hotel until approximately 2am and we were woken at 6am. This was detrimental to our sleep but is outside the control of the hotel.

Second time staying at this hotel first time the service was good . this time not so good. We would still book at this hotel again, presuming the issues we had would have been attended by managment.
