Front desk said if we need anything just ask ! the shuttle to EPCOT was on time and very safe

We have been staying many years at this Hotel for our Disney vacations, and the location, clean rooms and breakfast are the main points. But it may be time for a change. Yes the hotel was very busy, but breakfast was not worth the hassle - the people that were there had no manners and eat like it was their only meal of the day. The poor breakfast lady could not keep up. We got up earlier and earlier and it was always the same!! The room had a very musty smell and its time to get some new mattresses After staying at other Holiday Inn Express hotels on this trip, this hotel is not measuring up like it used to. The staff is always accommodating and do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. Would really like to see some renovation.

the rooms were clean, Breakfast was excellent, the food was fresh and warm, the sitting area could be a little bit more since there was a lot of people standing waiting for a seat at breakfast time

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very attractive. We had a very restful night. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and everything worked.

In my overall experience in this hotel was detestable. When I arrived to the hotel room, it was dirty and with small insects inside. The bed was hard and very squeaky. When I left the room and came back the key did not work, I was on the fourth floor making me wait the elevator and go down. The had to reset the card and it worked for maybe one more our. I had to do the same three times throughout my time because the key did not work at all. At breakfast time, it is difficult to get pancakes because there is only one machine with a line of up to 8 people. The breakfast always ran out, and I had to wait for more to come since there were only to workers in the kitchen at the same time. There was not enough tables inside and people had to go outside to eat or back to their rooms. Also, there was never pool towels and the used towels was a mess. I went to ask for more and waited for about 30 minutes, and when I came in the person at the front desk was on the computer and told me, "sorry but I forgot." The elevator was also another issue I disliked. When it arrives to the floor it bangs in a very hard manner. This vacation was obnoxious, and all because of the horrendous hotel experience. Out of all the Holiday Inn Express hotels I have gone to, this has been the worst.

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. There were lots of choices and they never seemed to run out of items.

all-in-all, could use an over hual. carpet was dirty in room, same in hahways and torn, ice machine barely worked and onlty had one.
front desk folks nice, but this hotel lacked the come and relaxe feel.

This hotel is very well maintained inside and outside. There is ample parking with good outdoor lighting for safety. Staff was efficient and courteous in all areas.
