And Kelsey really knows how to make every customer feel like they belong there and are family. It's nice to walk in the door and be greeted every day by a friendly face. November 11, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No Towels, wet floor but good response Had partial wet floor upon arrival due to enormous amounts of rain and windows that leaked. Didn't let this bother me as much. Took a shower and not noticing till after the shower, I had no shower towels at all - None. Need less to say hand towels come in handy. Informed the front desk and she was extremely embarrassed and apologetic. I told her about the wet floor and the next day they had a air mover on it an dried it out before I returned. I do appreciate her professionalism and response from maintenance. My room was adjacent to the kitchen area, so the noise level was more than expected every morning starting at 5:00. The one good thing about the room location is the short distance to the coffee. There's Pros and Cons we can all learn from. October 29, 2015
