Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Please stop skimping on Bandwidth Dear Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express owners/managers. Its 2015. A lot of us make our living on the road. A lot of us need to dial in to the office via your Hotel's wifi. Please stop skimping on the bandwidth. <1mb/sec is not acceptable in a day and age when my iPhone registers 20mb via LTE. Just because I don't want to overpay for my hotel doesn't mean I should have to wait for pages to load. This does not make for a pleasant stay. 19 January 2015

We chose this hotel because we have been priority club members for years and have always been satisfied with our stays. This hotel definitely met our standards. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice accommodations and great service We stay at this HIEx whenever we are in the area, usually for cajun / zydeco music. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the parking lot is well lit and surrounding grounds are well-kept. The rooms are comfortable and well-accommodated. This is a great hotel for families.. It would also be good for anyone with disabilities as there is not much walking required and the surfaces are level. 05 January 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to par for HI Express I am a fan of HI Express but I have noticed a downward trend the past few years and this location only confirms that. I am an Ambassador member and I got my upgrade to a suite but with 2 Queen beds even though when I made the reservation I requested a King Suite upgrade. When I asked for a King bed the attendant said your reservation was for 2 beds. I said "you are correct but I would like a King bed now instead". He said there was none available (hard to believe since the hotel was empty). It was no big deal just thought it was strange he made no effort to look to see if he had a King Suite The beds were old and very noisy but at least it was comfortable. My room was right next to the maid storage room and in the morning we were awakened by a maid setting up her cart and talking in a very loud voice to another maid. Fortunately, it was time for us to get up anyways but the manager should make them aware of the fact they have customers staying around them. Breakfast was horrible. The eggs were cold and the sausage was refrigerator cold like they were never heated. They only had package instant Oatmeal instead of the real stuff. The only good thing about it was the choice of cereal. 30 December 2014
