Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good budget spot for DC getaway Standard treatment from Holiday Inn Express. Pros: free parking, good wifi, pool. I did not like the fact the curtain could not be closed in the room and there was a parking light in the window throughout the night 23 November 2014

Location excellent and staff friendly during this very busy weekend for a Red Skins and Buccaneers game. This hotel is undergoing renovations but at no time disrupted our stay. 19 November 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by recent stay Very close to Fedex stadium also a wegmans very close only negative thing when I called about a shuttle to college game Hotel said no shuttle when I arrived learned there was one. So double check on that. other than that no complaints at all. Nice hotel and very nice room - with suite sink ,microwave and small frig. Would stay there again 06 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good HI Express but staff need to be empowered I love the brand and usually stay at HI Express. I had to pay for a full extra day for my son to arrive 3 hours before check in and then I had to BEG and get manager approval to get late check out to 330pm for my 86 year old husband to nap before our flight and not have to pay for yet another day. I have been a priority Club member for 29 years and this has been one of the least flexible hotels we have stayed at. People were nice. We were not greeted as IHG members or recognized in any way. the hotel is upgrading its interior 05 November 2014
