Unfortunately, we weren't able to experience all they had to offer, as we were heading home from our vacation. We most certainly would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean but loud with poor breakfast choices. Breakfast was limited. You can till the owner doesn't want to spend extra money. Our rooms mattress needs replacing. There are a lot of crickets out by the pool and hot tub which was creepy. At night it was hard to find the front desk employees. The one really good thing about this property is the cleanliness. They have great housekeepers my room was very clean. September 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good, Comfortable but no view I liked the hotel and the room but i asked to be put on a higher level so I could get the view of the Vegas strip but they said to get that we would charge you another 50 bucks... You can get the view and the comfort and everything else if you stay on the strip in the same rate... So it sort of felt cheap shot but other than that everything was great. September 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So comfortable that I over slept Very nice hotel. Staff is really friendly from the breakfast lady to the front desk attendant and the manager on site. The pool and SPA is a bit small but is really clean and I felt safe to use it with my family. We loved our stay at this facility and we'll definitely try to get back here next time we visiting Vegas. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by OK but not perfect. Bed was great so was room. Good location and food nearby. Only down side was waiting 15 extra min for breakfast. Poor server was having one of those days and struggling really bad. After breakfast arrived all was good no worries hey we all have bad days, the manager was quick to help out. September 9, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very Poor Sleep Experience We chose this motel because it was the only highly-rated motel on this side of Las Vegas. However, after staying the night we consider it both over-rated and much over-priced. On the positive side, the room was clean, had good wi-fi, was quiet (except for occupants overhead walking around at 530 am), the outdoor pool and hot tub were clean, and a very good breakfast was served by an attentive and cheerful attendant. The area appears to be safe. On the negative side, parking lot lighting was poor, the Business Center was "Out of Order", the bed was like a rock (a flat rock), and the window AC kept turning off every few seconds as we progressively lowered the temperature to nearly 60 to get it cool (and there was no continuous fan setting, making it difficult to sleep with the constant on/off). The pool/hot tub area are oddly on the street side rather than to the rear of the building, and so there is a lot of traffic noise. A warning to those who making reservations: this location has a 48-hour cancellation policy, unusual for a non-resort facility -- and the owner will not flex even 30 minutes from that policy. Overall, a mixed negative experience. We will choose a less convenient location in the future rather than stay here again. August 27, 2015
