Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 A Little distance from the madding crowds If you are looking for a newish, clean hotel a fair distance off the strip in Las Vegas, with beautiful views of the mountains, this is the place to be. The desk staff were warm and welcoming and genuinely seemed pleased to see us every time we arrived back at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy with a range of pillow types. Even though we were really near the elevators the rooms are so deep we hardly noticed any noise from outside the room. Only disappointment was the breakfast, which was fine if you want to consume huge amounts of carbohydrates and are meat eaters. Having said that, there was fruit, eggs and Greek yogurt (albeit in the tiniest containers that I have ever seen). My husband was in seventh heaven with the one minute pancake maker. What really ruined breakfast was the attitude of the 2 people who covered the kitchen while we were there - I do understand how aggravating it must be when breakfast is over according to the posted hours and staff want to leave but there were still hotel guests there eating when both times it was made clear to all there that "Breakfast WAS OVER". However, the customers pay the staff's salary and maybe it should be posted what time food will no longer be available, as opposed to the time the staff want to go home? Finally, for how far away from everything in Las Vegas this hotel was, I was surprised how much the rooms at this hotel were in comparison with the hotel I found on the strip for my last night there - which was almost half the cost! It would mean looking for a room every night though, to get that great price. November 23, 2015

I wished they offered a hot tub inside as well; however, I did enjoy watching the sky while sitting in the pool too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. About a 20 minute drive from the strip so always something to do while staying here. November 16, 2015

Good value for the price and conveniently located just off 215. The restaurant/pub (same parking lot) has great food and there are several restaurants, stores and shops in the vicinity. When we came, the receptionist was free and start talking to us for few seconds. Then, a phone call came, she went in the middle of our conversation and started talking. She came back to us and started talking for few seconds. Another call came, she went again to talk over the phone. This repeated for 3-4 times. Even on a first come first serve basis, we should have been given importance but she prefers giving importance to any people calling over the phone. We even felt at one time, we should have called over the phone to do check-in (that much of delay). After all these, she said that the system is down and gave a key. Opening the door with that key was not working. We called her again and she opened the door with her own key and said that to come to reception next day to fix it as the system is down. Not a good Welcome experience. Other that that, it was OK. October 29, 2015
