Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel Like most Holiday Inn Express sites, this hotel is in good condition, clean, and offers plenty of amenities. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Latham because our flight was canceled at the Albany airport. The hotel provided a good night of sleep and gave our kids the chance to have a good time in the pool. 04 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating Staff and Amenities Pulling in the lot, the building itself looked a more modern Holiday Inn Express. I was greeted by a friendly staff member, who was training a new employee but took the time to explain what she was doing after she greeted me as an IHG member. The room was clean and well prepared. The fitness center had multiple treadmills and free weights. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Albany area. 02 March 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay and fly I booked this hotel because I was told they had shuttle to airport however when checking in was told the shuttle did not start until 8 am, too late for our flight. Also , I asked if they needed our car info/ license number I was told no and to park anywhere . We are on vacation and I am hoping our vehicle will be there upon return and we get back in time to get the shuttle before it stops at midnight . At least we have taxi number if needed, ($20 per trip of additional expense). Will never stay here when flying from. Albany 02 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Valentine special night out we had a great time and enjoyed our stay, we have stayed at this motel/hotel on several occasions and have had very little issues. We stayed here for valentines and the main issue was the food provided on this occasion was cold but usually this isn't a problem. 28 February 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Never Again Purchased a suite with two queen beds so each parent could sleep in a bed, our son could sleep on the pull out and called several days in advance for a cot for our daughter. We drove four hours and got in late so we were hoping all Would be ready to bring our two toddlers in for bed. The cot wasn't there. I called a few days before and had someone call me back to confirm the cot would be there and it wasn't. The pull out had no sheets and there were no sheets in the room. Both kids ended up sleeping with us which meant no one got any sleep. We got a suite so we could have the space for everyone to have their own sleeping space. On the plus the room was clean. Breakfast was good. Pool was very warm but very dirty and staff chose to scrub and clean pool while we were in it???? Gross. We stay here yearly but won't be returning. 25 February 2015
