Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 MODERN HOTEL, GOOD POSITION, CLEAN & COMFORTABLE Stayed for 2 nights, Hotel clean and modern. Great position easy access to City Centre. Good choice of breakfast considering it is included. Bar prices very expensive, would not encourage anyone to drink there, they would do well to adjust prices. Would definitely stay there again 27 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Location, good value. On quite busy roundabout which needs a bit of negotiating to walk into town but good soundproofing. Well placed for University, restaurant area and station. Friendly and sufficient staff. Reasonably spacious dedicated car park (payable). Free WiFi seemed pretty good. Breakfast ok but eggs were very peppery and a bit of an odd texture. Think it really would be best to spend more on the orange juice and coffee and ditch the hot things. All in all excellent value for money for our weekend. 26 February 2014

Great location for city centre - easy walk to all amenities - excellent view of the historic cathedral and castle - also directly across from the university campus where we were visiting Some breakfast items ran out so had to wait a bit - no big deal as we were not in a rush. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends. Thanks again folks in Lincoln 24 February 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor maintenance Stayed for 1 night and tried to have a shower. The temp of the water was very hot or even hotter. At one point there was even hot water coming out of the cold tap in the sink. The reception staff were polite but nothing that they could do as the maintenance team did not start till after 8 am. I therefore had to visit clients felling dirty. Use holiday inn instead 12 February 2014
