Noisy guest above my room ( yelling and stumping). loud buzzing refrigerator the entire stay. Unsafe due to homeless people begging and harassing me as a guest of the Hotel. This has been the worst Hotel experience I've ever encounter. Most importantly Staff was not knowledgeable enough to handle small incidents. The staff advised many of the guest, she was giving them a room for the night, but in the morning they would be relocated. due to she did not know how to process changes on the guest reservation, which held the line up for almost 30 minutes. A very unhappy Guest

The Holiday Inn was very relaxing. The room was beautiful and comfortable. If I could have stayed longer I would have.

I find that this hotel is not attentive to them. It should mean to ownership and staff something for a guest to stay at their brand a sufficient number of nights to earn points as a Priority Club member. Obviously it doesn't.

I expected more for the cost. Couch had stains, door was chipped around lock. Carpet neded to be cleaned. First day wake up call never happened second day it was 2 hours early. Location was great.

I had a very nice stay at this property. There are several hotels grouped right there together, and after staying at one of the other properties, and having a horrible experience, I was very skeptical; but this property changed my mind. The service was great. You could tell the staff gets along. I think that is so awesome, because to many times, in the customer service industry, guests have to witness unpleasantness. It really stood out to me. I will definitely be back to this hotel, because good customer service is very hard to find these days. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a touch up remodel. The rooms are a little dated.

The overall review was great!!! I would stay again and recommend to a friend. However, offer more of a compensation reversal when the room has evidence of housekeeping issues!!!
