Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Front Desk Staff Front desk staff (Carol and Jazz) go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. They are great. I had problems with lock on my door and was locked out of room for several hours while staff tried to get door to open. If this happens to you, you may need to get them to reprogram the door using the black box. 28 August 2014

From the moment I spoke to Jess at the front desk about a problem I had needing to check in early (because I forgot about the time change from Indiana to Colorado); to the moment I had to call back into the hotel because of something I had forgotten in the room after check out .. I got treated like you would your family. Not once did a get a no I can't help you with that... it was always yes, I'd be happy to help. All of the staff were super friendly, the complimentary breakfast has lots of wonderful choices with many healthy options as well. Hotel was always clean and inviting. I just can't say enough nice things about this establishment. Quite frankly, it was the best hotel experience I have had my whole life. 15 August 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tired Traveller Sometimes, after a long drive, you just want to Check In, dump your stuff in the Room, go out and have a nice meal, and return to the Hotel to snuggle in and get some rest. We could have achieved this, except for the "that strange smell". The AC made it worse. Not so bad that we wanted to move to another room. So we turned off the AC and opened the window to a beautiful night (although somewhat noisy). The bed was just right. The Internet worked. The TV is up to date. 13 August 2014
