The front desk clerk took my AAA card for discount but neglected to give me the discount. I was planning on sleeping in for the morning because of a late business meeting that night and the house keeping staff woke me up very early in morning by chatting loudly right outside my bedroom door. Really?? Both areas need to have more extensive training on customer service and behavior.

The motel is clean, very conformable, Great breakfast and is in a great location for what we need, great internet.

I came in early evening Sunday with a pile of paperwork to go over and sat down in the dining room. The hotel clerk noticed me and asked about turning the TV channel to the Bronco game then brought out some cookies. She was great! Thank you.

Just the facts....
No water or light water pressure on some mornings.
The hotel had a number of long term construction crews staying which creates an odd atmosphere and a lot of wear and tear..
Left a charger behind when checking out, called desk to have it retrieved as I was still in Denver area, NEVER even got a call back.
Poor work-out facility

Came to town to see friends. Best location for SW side of town. One of the only places in that area to stay.

Room was very quiet and everything worked as expected. I would stay here again. did not have time to use pool,spa, or business center.
