Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay but do not dispute any charges... We had a great stay for a group of family and friends for my son's wedding. I recommend the location - nice, clean, convenient, etc. But, don't question or dispute any charges to your credit card. I was charged for a night's stay for a family member who became ill at the last minute; a reservation I cancelled personally at the front desk early the day of the scheduled arrival. I sent several messages and left my name and number for them to call me, but nothing until almost 2 weeks later when today I was told that they would not refund the money. Their "generous cancellation policy" is supposed to be 6pm - I should not have been charged. 19 November 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad front desk and management experience. Started off on wrong foot with zero recognition for platinum membership. No mention on checking in, no offer of bonus welcome points. I booked a standard 2 bed room and asked for an upgrade.. I was told by the front desk clerk that no king beds or upgrade of any type was available and if there was this upgrade would have automatically been done by the IHG website. Ive never been told that before. I then said that if I tried to book a room right now that there would be none available to which the clerk said "correct - we have no rooms available". I checked in, stepped aside to the lobby and saw that the IHG website was still selling a variety of rooms, kings and suites for that night. I then went back to the clerk and told her and that the upgrade is not discretionary but a benefit earned by loyal members and if available has to be provided. I asked for the manager on duty to call me in my room. I never receive a call. On check out the next day I mentioned this to the clerk at the desk who apologized and credited by rewards account with some extra points. Won't return. 16 November 2014

Where do i even begin, we went for a romantic getaway and it blew my expectations driving up its a cute hotel looks very nice i liked the music on the outside, front desk service was great checked me in right away, we stayed in a king suite, it was great with a microwave and fridge, they also provide you with complimentary things you may have forgotten such as toothbrush, razors, etc. the room was very clean, bed so comfortable i liked that each pillow had a label (firm, soft) that was nice. it really is near allot of places to see and winery's that was great, the free breakfast was also a hit, good variety for everyone, and the staff was so helpful with helping people get food to their table, i will definitely be back again its even a nice and family friendly hotel 23 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Comfortable and clean My husband and I need to stay overnight to attend a wedding at Casa Real Ruby Hill Winery. The venue was only 9 minutes away. This hotel was very close and easy to get to. We drove into the parking lot and overshot the entrance. No real signage to designate the front of building. However, once inside, everything was accessible. The Front Office lady was very nice and took care of our reservation. When our room wasn't close enough to our friends room, she moved us closer. No problem. The second floor was very quiet. The room was clean. I could have used another blanket and actually saw they had one in the closet. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, so I just turned it off and opened the window. That was just fine for us. In the morning we had coffee. Oh dear........I think you should look into another vender! We went down to get a different cup of coffee and to our surprise......a full breakfast! They even made us fresh eggs! I liked the automatic pancake maker! Unique idea!! I really only had one tiny complaint. The elevator had a carpet on the existing one. It didn't go with the décor. We noticed that the carpet was very dirty. I can just imagine what the carpet under it was like. Other than that, the hotel was very very clean. We will stay again...... 22 October 2014
