Me and my other half stayed in this hotel on the 26th June 2015. On arrival, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The check in process was very quick and we were able to find our room with ease. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and lovely our room was. The bathroom was clean with a powerful shower which was lovely. The TV had a selection of channels meaning me and my partner were able to relax on the night time. The breakfast was good in the morning. There was a selection of cooked food, toast, fruit and cereals. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What looks like a lobby to me is what they call a restaurant. We were asked to leave the lobby (restaurant) because we were not dining with them. I had a room there, and they were very helpful and nice for getting us an early check-in after a long international flight, but I was offended when they asked us to leave the lobby, because the lady said it was not a lobby, it was a restaurant, and we had brought in subway sandwiches, which were not allowed. I have never had an express tell me that I cannot eat my own takeaway food in the lobby.
The lady did later apologized and said they are considering adding some common space. I suggest that they just let the few people that want to eat fast food or takeaway in the "lobby" do that. She mentioned that if they let other people bring in their own food, then no one would buy food from them. Seems like that might be a food quality vs price issue if that is true.
The rooms do not have good ventilation and there was no individual cooler in the room. The rooms were hot, and there was nothing other than a small fan they offered us to make it any better. The lobby, sorry restaurant, was nice and cool though.
